Shaft Skinz Ltd are delighted to announce that 7 new tour professionals have been added to the ranks of professional golfers who play the company’s decorative and protective shaft component products.
This brings the total number of tour pros who have put Shaft Skinz into play to 72. These players are all listed on the home page of company web site with links to images of each sporting their personalised clubs.
The 7 newest players, who are all members of the Europro Tour, were introduced to the colorful sleeves at the Northern Ireland Europro Open being played in Galgorm Castle, Ballymena, County Antrim; Northern Ireland’s first ever Europro Tour event.
Seasoned player, Gary Wolstenholme, who was one of the game’s leading amateurs for well over a decade before joining the paid ranks as a 48-year-old in September 2008, put sleeves on 3 of his clubs – driver, wedge and Yes! Putter. The English golfer won the British Amateur twice (1991 and 2003) and played in the Walker Cup on no less that five occasions. He famously defeated world number one Tiger Woods in the 1995 Walker Cup at Royal Porthcawl in Wales as Britain and Ireland won the biennial team event against the Americans.
The other players are Steve Courtney, Ben Kerr, Rob Leonard, Paul Maddy, Dale Marmion & Paul O’Hanlon.
