Marlborough, MA – CHAMP spikes continues an impressive 2010 season on the European Tour announcing that the winner of this event as well as 67% of the entire field competed in CHAMP Spikes. Of the final leader board, 6 of the top ten finishers were playing in the brand often referred to as The World Leader in Sport Cleat Technology®.
CHAMP Spikes also is proud to announce that at the Deutsche Bank Championship, held less than 40 miles from the CHAMP Global headquarters, more than half of the field played in CHAMP spikes including 7 of the top ten finishers. As stated by the Darrell Survey in it’s second tour event CHAMP Zarma claimed yet again another top ten finish.
In it’s 5th year running, the Duramed FUTURES Tour crowned the ‘Last CHAMP Standing’ winner yesterday at the Capital Hills in Albany, New York. In an event that adds $2,500 to the winner’s purse, Angela Oh finished 3 and 1 over Whitney Wade to become the 2010 winner of the ‘Last CHAMP standing’. Oh also finished in the top ten in the “Race for the Card” standings earning her membership on the LPGA for the 2011 season.
