Two major Pro Long Drive events took place over the weekend, Sept. 18th and 19th, 2010.

In the RE/MAX European Pro Long Drive Championships, held in Sweden, Sandra ‘The Great’ Carlborg repeated as European Champion in the Ladies division using a 7.5* Geek Dot Com This Driver (pictures attached). Geek also took 2nd and 3rd in the Ladies division. In the Senior portion of the RE/MAX European Championships Johan Tumba using a 6* Geek Dot Com This Driver also repeated as Senior European LD Champ (pics attached). Tony Nilsson, using a Geek 6.5* Dot Com This Driver took 2nd Place in the Seniors division. In the Open Division Geek took 3nd Place.

Also held over the weekend…the Mile High Pro Long Drive Shootout was held in Denver, Co. With one of the toughest fields assembled this year as a preview to the World Finals to be held next month in Mesquite, Nv. Mr. Patrick Hopper, using a 5* Geek Dot Com This Driver, finished 2nd at 391 yds. and missed the Winners Circle by 7 inches! Mr. Jeff gavin also made the final 8 using a Geek Dot Com This Driver. Only 4 Pro LDers were using Geek clubs at this event and 2 of them made the Final 8 for the Championship title!

Geek Golf has over 30 Geek Golf Club users going into the RE/MAX World Finals…to be held Oct. 28th thru Nov. 5th.
