The Tour Fit for Golf amateurs are headed to the London Club on July 2 for their first progress checkpoint. At Celtic Manor last month, Chris Hughman, Nick Blunt and Kevin Garside received coaching and recommendations from European Tour teaching experts, using aboutGolf technology, as part of a contest courtesy of Golfbreaks.com. Over the past month, they’ve been following the recommended curriculum to improve their golf and fitness and will come to The London Club on July 2 to evaluate improvement and receive additional instruction. Watch this video to learn more about the initiative and stay tuned for progress updates following The London Club event.

The aim of the Tour Fit Program is to use this knowledge amassed on the European Tour, to help all golfers avoid injury and to better understand the elements that are vital for delivering maximum energy into their golf shots in a repetitive way and how to test and train to improve their game.

Membership of Tour Fit for Golf is FREE, and includes access to 24 fitness videos featuring Tour stars, a £25 Golfbreaks.com (http://golfbreaks.com/) voucher, discounts and offers on golf products, discounted optical wear, free eye tests and a regular health newsletter.
