EAST BRANDYWINE, Pa. (August 23, 2011) – Applecross Country Club, the new private country club designed by Jack Nicklaus Design, has selected the firm of TL Golf Services to manage and help with the public relations program for the club, and all related Talamore Golf properties.
Applecross CC burst onto the Greater Philadelphia area golf scene last year and is now in its first full season of operation. Lead designer Michael Nicklaus created a layout unlike any other in the area, offering classic Nicklaus challenges while remaining playable for golfers of all abilities. The course blends magnificently into a landscape that boasts breathtaking views of sparkling lakes and rolling countryside.
After a year of maturation, management now feels it is time to get the word out about Applecross – locally, regionally and nationally.
“Because of the fact that the Talamore family of clubs boasts four great country clubs – Talamore CC and Applecross CC in Pennsylvania and Talamore Golf Resort and the Mid South Club in Pinehurst, North Carolina – we feel it is time to really spread the word about our product,” explained Applecross Membership Director Jack Lutz.
