London, England – Urban Golf Kensington will host the final checkpoint for the Tour Fit for Golf Amateur Program, a six-month golf and fitness program supported by European Tour Performance Institute, aboutGolf and Golfbreaks.com.
Two randomly selected amateurs have received world-class instruction from top European Tour coaches, assessments using world-class aboutGolf technology and access to a unique golf training methodology from Tour Fit for Golf.
The program has taken them to exquisite European golf venues, including Celtic Manor, The London Club, and Foxhills. At each venue, amateurs Nick Blunt and Chris Hughman have endured physical and golf assessments from Rob Hillman, Physio Unit Director at European Tour, and Jean-Jacques Rivet, Sports Biomechanics Consultant to European Tour.
aboutGolf’s ball and club tracking technology, as well as its aG Balance Pro and aG Flix weight transfer analysis and swing video systems, have tracked the development and improvement of each participant.
Urban Golf Kensington invites guests and media to its facility in London to observe the final checkpoint for the participants and experience first-hand the world-class aboutGolf technology. The assessments will take place at Fri, 28 Oct., 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., at High Street Kensington Shopping Mall, 125 Kensington High Street, London W8 5SF.
