KBS grabs second major title in under a year
BOULDER, Colo. (April 15th, 2013) – KBS Golf Shafts were trusted in an exciting come-from behind victory at The Masters. The KBS Tour shaft (130g X flex) has been in this professional’s full setup since 2011 when he was ranked 31st in world rankings. Today, this professional is a major winner and the 3rd ranked player in professional golf. This is the second major for the KBS brand in under a year (2012 Open Championship).
KBS shafts were in 16 player’s bags this past week at The Masters, including the reigning US Amateur and British Amateur champions. This marks the first victory for KBS shafts at The Masters after coming in second place the past two seasons (2011 and 2012).
In addition to this tremendous victory at The Masters, KBS also won the Web.com Tour’s WNB Classic. This professional has now won twice on the Web.com tour with the KBS C-Taper shaft (125g S+ flex).
