Gallus Golf is pleased to announce the development of a Pace-of-Play Live Tracking feature within our custom mobile apps. Gallus now gives its partner courses a tool to help monitor, manage, and market fast play at their golf course. Gallus is the only custom course app on the market that can actually provide real time pace information of golfers using the course app during a round of golf.
The team at Gallus understands that the golf industry is faced with the tremendous challenge of our “time-crunched” culture today. And that the expectation of a 5+ hour round of golf can deter many golfers who might have played their course. We developed this feature within our app to help a course actively manage the pace on their course, reward customers for playing quickly, and help their club be known as a fast playing golf club. Normally a Pace of Play solution like this might cost tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars per year. We are happy to be able to include this in our already comprehensive mobile app solution without any increase in price.
