Two major victories in one month for the KBS brand
BOULDER, Colo. (July 1st, 2013) – KBS Golf Shafts were trusted for yet another major championship victory this season. The 2013 Senior Players Championship was won this past weekend with KBS Tour shafts in stiff flex. In a dominating performance, this professional won by two shots and finished with rounds of 63-63-64 en route to his first major.
The KBS team congratulates this professional for his first major championship. A long time user of KBS Tour shafts in his irons, he has amassed eight wins since putting them in play in 2008. This includes five wins on the PGA TOUR (Buick Open, John Deere Classic, Memorial Tournament, FBR Open, Travelers Championship) and three wins on the Champions Tour (SAS Championship, ACE Group, 2013 Players Championship).
