MEMPHIS, Tenn. (October 20, 2014) – The winner of the Shriners Hospital for Children Open trusted Dynamic Gold in his irons and wedges, marking the second straight victory for Dynamic Gold on the PGA TOUR this season.
At TPC Summerlin, the 27-year-old champion carded a 68 on Sunday for a two-stroke victory. The win was his first PGA TOUR career win and secured him a spot in the 2015 Masters Championship and his TOUR card through the 2016-2017 season.
Across the pond at the London Golf Club, the Volvo World Match Play Championship on the European Tour was won with Project X PXi. The champion carded four birdies and no bogeys with PXi in his irons and wedges for the win.
“We had two great wins over the weekend for our cornerstone brands-Dynamic Gold and Project X,” Chad Hall, director of product marketing and global tour operations for True Temper Sports said. “Precision in your irons is crucial when you are fending off a tough field such as the one at the Shriners Open or difficult weather conditions like those in London this weekend. Dynamic Gold and Project X have shown time and again to make the winning difference when the stakes are high.”
