IBS Cloud POS software rocked its first performance at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza in Thousand Oaks, California recently – proving the dynamic point-of-sale program’s value extends well beyond the golf course.
The plaza, owned by Arcis Golf, rolled out the Cloud POS on Friday, August 7, with five iPads handling over $5,000 in sales at the evening’s Pat Benatar concert – smoothly and with no complications. Located between Los Angeles and San Francisco, the venue is one of the largest performing arts centers in the region, welcoming over 350,000 patrons to more than 400 performances annually. The Cloud POS system handles concessions throughout the facility, which includes two theatres together seating nearly 2,200 patrons.
Arcis Golf, formally known as Eagle Golf, a valued client since 2002, employs the IBS Club Software suite of applications at 65 clubs across the United States in addition to the performing arts plaza.
