The Club Foundation: Announces Jennifer Mang, of Wyoming Valley Country Club in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and Tammy Roys, of Coral Bay Club in Atlantic Beach, N.C., as recipients of the 2012 LaRocca Family Executive Scholarship. The scholarship provides financial support to club managers interested in professional development.

Mizuno: Tour staffer Stacy Lewis won her first ever LPGA Rolex Player of the Year award, becoming the first American to win the award since Beth Daniel in 1994.

Callaway Golf Co.: Agrees to a four-year extension of its endorsement agreement with Annika Sorenstam. The Hall of Famer will continue to play Callaway equipment and appear in Callaway advertising campaigns and at customer appreciation events.

PGA of America: Selects Peter Bevacqua as chief executive officer, becoming the association’s third CEO. Bevacqua previously served as chief business officer for the U.S. Golf Association and more recently led the golf division of CAA Sports. Also, Darrell Crall, currently managing director, strategic development, will become chief operating officer.

Swing Trust Oil: Signs Mark Wilson, a five-time PGA Tour winner, to an endorsement agreement.

Wilson Golf: Re-signs PGA Tour player Kevin Streelman to a one-year, two-way contract. Streelman will continue to use Wilson Staff FG Tour V2 irons and accessories, in addition to participating in Wilson Golf sponsored events.

Affiniti Golf Partners: Names Brian Moore as general manager at Huntsville Country Club in Huntsville, Ala.

Paris Glove: Names Robert Langlois as chief executive officer. This will be Langlois’ second stint with Paris Glove, having been vice president of sales and marketing in 1989-90.

PGA of America (Middle Atlantic Section): Chip Sullivan, PGA director of golf at Hanging Rock Country Club in Salem, Va., won the 2012 MAPGA Player of the Year title. This is Sullivan’s fourth Player of the Year honor with the MAPGA.

Club Managers Association of America: CEO James B. Singerling will speak at Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business today, Tuesday. Singerling will speak on “85 Leadership Lessons Learned.”

Golfsmith International: Names Sue E. Gove as president and chief executive officer.

PGA of America (Middle Atlantic Section): Billy Hoffman, PGA assistant professional at Westwood Country Club in Vienna, Va., is recognized as the Assistant Professional Association’s 2012 Player of the Year.
