JDX is excited to introduce our new cooling system, ICE SHOT TECHNOLOGY, in our 2022 clothing line for men and women. ICE SHOT is a technology that improves the comfort of the wearer by printing PCM to the skin side of the fabric to give a cooling effect. PCM is made up of microencapsulated particles. These thermal storage microcapsules undergo a phase change and absorb heat by temperature changes in the external environment and body heat.
The PCM cycle begins with the PCM absorbing the heat in the body, changing from a solid to liquid state to express the cooling function. The stored heat is released as needed so that the body temperature remains stable and balanced.
This technology is proprietary to JDX and is offered in many of our products. “Our new Ice Shot Technology is the ultimate in moisture wicking and breathability and our products will keep golfers much cooler!” stated Dwight Hansen, National Sales Manager of JDX.
JDX will be showing the new 2022 line at the AGM Preview show on Jan 25 and in booth #2759 at the 2022 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando Jan 26-28.
