PGA GOLF CLUB TO HOST WOMEN’S GOLF DAY CLINIC ON JUNE 4

PGA Golf Club — the PGA of America’s award-winning 54-hole facility designed by legendary course designers Tom Fazio and Pete Dye — will host its annual Women’s Golf Day clinic on June 4. The event is designed for people of all ages and skill levels to try golf in a fun and relaxing environment.

The clinic, to be held from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. at 1916 Perfect Drive in Port St. Lucie, is open to the first 50 people who sign up. First-timers attend for free; returning participants will be charged $10 per person. Equipment will be provided to anyone who needs it.

The club’s PGA Professionals will  run specialized instruction stations focused on full-swing, chipping and putting. Participants also will receive a 35 percent off coupon towards one full-priced item in the golf shop. Following the clinic, PGA Golf Club will host a mixer in the Clubhouse from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., complete with drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

Participants are encouraged to wear red in support of National Women’s Golf Day.

Getting There: PGA Golf Club is less than a two-hour drive from Orlando and Miami, and under three hours from Tampa, Fort Myers and other Florida cities. PGA Golf Club is 50 minutes north of Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), off Interstate 95 in Port St. Lucie.
